Our family lives on a farm right outside Glasford, IL, just a short drive from Peoria and Canton. We have a 3 year old and a 5 month old. The house is an older farmhouse with your bedroom on the main floor. Come enjoy 12 wooded acres, a large garden, chickens, one cat, one dog, & the cow Hazel on the property. Your stay includes wifi, laundry access, toiletries( including handmade soap made here on our farm), a kitchenette with electric burner, crockpot, toaster oven, and Instapot. The space Your room is on the main floor, the first door to the left when you come in. There is a large wardrobe to hang your clothes in. It also has extra pillows and blankets in there if you need them. The bathroom is the second door to the left, right next to your room. We also have a kitchenette close to your room where you will have access to a private fridge, dishes, a coffee pot(with coffee/tea/sugar/cream provided), pasture-raised chicken eggs and a few other pantry items for for breakfast. We also offer raw milk upon request. Guest access All rooms available are on the main floor and easily found should you wish to use them. Our bedrooms are the only thing upstairs and wood stove in the basement. Other things to note Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. We are a small, family farm that focuses on growing the most nutrient-dense, flavorful, and regenerative produce & livestock that we can. Faith-based permaculture with a focus on sharing and bartering our abundance is a large part of what we do. As Chapter Leaders for the Peoria Area Weston A. Price Foundation and advocates for small local farms & businesses, we also have a strong commitment to: chemical-free, minimally processed, and non-genetically modified foods, including raw dairy.
